Q: Can I interchange menu choices from one set menu to the other?
A: Yes, but for PREMIER set menus only. However, replacements are not highly recommended. The menu sets are crafted in such a way that the items belonging under one set are already perfectly complementary. However, should the client insists, he or she may choose to replace one premier item with any other menu items listed in the Asian or Western menu as long as it belongs to the same category (e.g. chicken dish to be replaced by another chicken dish only). Replacements may be made up to two (2) menu items only per transaction.
Q: How many hours will it take from set-up to clean-up?
A: About six (6) hours
Q: Can it be extended longer than six (6) hours?
A: It is not recommended because food is best consumed within 2 to 3 hours only upon serving. Albergus staff will automatically start cleaning up after 3 hours upon serving.
Q: Can I choose my own theme for the buffet set-up?
A: Yes. However, additional charges may apply depending on the cost that will be incurred for the desired theme.
Q: I do not like the menu selections. Can I have the menu customized?
A: Yes, the client may choose from our wide selection of dishes. However, the price per head may no longer be the same with the standard set menus. The new price per head will be recomputed based on the customized menu chosen by the client.
